Thank you all, for the support you have shown in the past 10 years.  By using our facility you have shown that recycling works.  Together we have held down prices at non-recycle sites.  As long as we hold our prices down, they cannot raise theirs.  Please consider us the next time it is a toss up between the distance and the cost.  In the end we represent your best interest.

Also, you have a great sales tool, "We Recycle" bumper sticker.  Just ask and we'll be happy to give you one.

With our new process we could use more shakes.  In the past we charged winter and summer rates to adjust your cost to wet and dry.  From now on it will be a flat rate of $62.00 per ton all year.  Figure out your per yard price and we are lower.

We have purchased a 16.5 acre site one block to the south of us.  This site has been a two year process.  We hope to start construction in three to four months and be up and running by June or July of next year at the new site.

This site will be six times larger than our current location and it will allow us to make and sell our products in its own separate area.   Also we are in a new WA State program to sell custom asphalt mixes. This is real exciting.

We are creating a new volume discount program, effective November 1st, 2007.  Everyone will be charged the same rate.  The discount will be based on volume and those on an account will be billed as usual at the end of each month.  On your statement we will show the tonnage and the discount allowed if paid by the 10th of the following month.

We will track cash customers by the month and disperse a refund check on the 10th of the following month.  So please be sure we have your mailing address on file.

Discount Rates:

10-15 tons    5%                                36 - 50 tons    12%
16-25 tons    7%                                51-100 tons    15%
26-35 tons    10%                           101-500 tons     20%

We feel this is the fairest way to handle our discount program.

Some things we will improve at the new site are:

1. Areas where several trucks can unload at the same time.
2. Easier access and egress.
3. A full time scale person.
4. Longer hours, Open Saturdays and by appointment on Sundays.
5. Monthly we will send out a list to the public of roofers that recycle with us
(If you want to be mentioned -at your discretion)
6. Our products will be wholesale to our roofing contractors.  Chips and lock-rock. 
Drop a load and pick up a load.  Make extra money.

These are a few of  the planned changes.
